— B2B Production Overview

3D Modeling — Precision that Starts the Manufacturing Process

Every piece begins with high-precision 3D modeling. Our designers develop digital models using industry-standard software: Rhinoceros, ZBrush, MatrixGold, Autodesk 3ds Max.
Each detail is refined to meet both aesthetic and technical production requirements. Depending on complexity, we produce a physical prototype via wax or resin 3D printing, or CNC wax milling.
The prototype is then cast in nickel silver, bronze, or sterling silver to create a technical master model, carefully refined by hand. For one-off or bespoke orders, we can produce the model directly in gold, platinum, or silver per client specifications.

All digital and physical models meet strict tolerance requirements and are optimized for repeatable production.

Waxing & Molding — Accuracy at Scale

We begin the wax phase by creating rubber molds (RTV or vulcanized) using the approved master model. Our team operates vacuum wax injectors, mono- and dual-station machines, ensuring precision even across high volumes.
Wax trees are assembled manually and prepared for casting using tailored gypsum-cristobalite or phosphate-based investment compounds (depending on metal type). Mixtures are blended in vacuum mixers with strict control of proportions, temperature, and curing time.
After setting, molds are cured in kilns with programmable cycles, following proven burnout curves to ensure consistent casting performance.

We use time-tested lost-wax casting techniques, fully adapted for modern mass production and multi-metal workflows.

Casting — Stable Results in Precious Metal

Our casting process is handled by experienced technicians using Indutherm automatic casting systems (Germany). We select the appropriate machine configuration based on the alloy:

  • Vacuum casting systems — for gold and silver,
  • Centrifugal or tilting casting machines — for platinum.
Our facilities include:
  • Induction melting with alloy homogenization,
  • Inert gas (argon) pressure injection,
  • Vacuum and vibration modes to eliminate porosity,
  • Closed casting chambers with environmental control,
  • Sensor-based regulation of temperature, pressure, and timing.

Only certified master alloys from Legor and Gallorini (Italy) are used. Base metals are guaranteed 999+ purity: gold 999.9, silver 999, platinum 999.

Each batch complies with contractual standards for metal composition, color, mechanical properties, and precision.

Rhodium & Gold Plating — Finish That Lasts

We perform electroplating using premium Legor (Italy) systems and solutions. Available finishes include:
  • White and black rhodium,
  • Yellow, red, and rose gold,
  • Optional duplex or multi-layer coatings.
Our plating workflow ensures:
  • Controlled thickness in microns,
  • Excellent adhesion and uniformity,
  • Surface durability for daily wear and environmental exposure.
We meet even the most demanding contractual specifications for plating consistency, color, and anti-tarnish resistance.

Laser Cutting, Engraving & Welding — Micron-Level Precision

Our Sisma laser systems (Italy) enable precision work without mechanical stress, ideal for premium production. Capabilities include:
  • Logo and serial number engraving,
  • Deep and shallow surface texturing,
  • Seamless micro-welding for fragile or hollow forms,
  • Laser cutting for decorative or structural components.
All laser operations are fully documented and calibrated to your brand’s tolerances and finish requirements

Stone Setting — Artisan Quality at Scale

Stones are set by skilled jewelers using manual and semi-automated stations, with optical control where required. We support all standard setting styles:
  • Pavé, bezel, prong, channel, invisible, micro,
  • Diamonds, moissanite, colored stones, and custom cuts.
Quality checks include:
  • Secure seating verification,
  • Consistency across units,
  • Clean stone alignment under magnification.
Stone setting is executed per technical drawings and checked to meet brand-level visual and mechanical standards

Polishing & Cleaning — A Flawless Final Touch

All pieces undergo multi-stage finishing before shipment:
  • Initial buffing and pre-polishing,
  • Ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing,
  • Final polish using felts, wheels, and compounds,
  • Optional electropolishing or anti-fingerprint finishing.
Finishing standards follow contractual requirements: mirror finish, satin, matte, sandblast, or custom texture.
